What we do not do is listen:  to each other, to ourselves, to our inner voices – the voices that decry pain, suffering, violence. 

This blog is dedicated to opening dialogue – the purpose is to allow us to listen to one another – only then can we read the subtle signs that will allow us to co-exist – to respect one another.   Only then can we learn to live together with our differences and find common ground upon which to build a future.

These are the musings of a writer in the latter years of life dedicated to those in the first years of being… may we leave you a better world – a safer world.  May we leave you a world without fear.  May we leave you a world of peace, of hope, of dreams - but we cannot do it alone.  We ask your help – we need your help for we are partners in the future, for better or worse.  I hope it is for the better.
